Shipping policy
Every Treehouse elixir has been lovingly hand concocted, blended and bottled in micro-batches for optimum potency and freshness. Because of this, it may take up to 5 working days to process your order. Please allow up to 10 days to receive an order. Orders received at the weekend will be processed the next business day.Domestic Orders
Domestic orders will be sent via USPS. We offer complimentary domestic US shipping for orders $90 and up.
International Orders
We offer complimentary international shipping $200 and up. International orders under $200 will be sent by USPS First Class Mail International.Cult of Treehouse is not responsible for any customs charges, additional duties, taxes, fees or delays on packages dispatched outside of the United States. We unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds for packages held at customs, which are issues beyond our control. Please note that international orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Because of this, we suggest becoming familiar with your own local import policies prior to ordering.
Returns Policy / Order Issues
We are fully committed to cult member satisfaction. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase we will of course offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Please email us at info@cultoftreehouse.com with a written notice of cancellation and return the item(s) to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Kindly note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.We cannot accept returns without prior email notification.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product or package, please email us within 48hrs at info@cultoftreehouse.com and we will merrily replace it.

Please ensure your parcel is sent by trackable local or international courier. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Please remember that all of our products are handmade in micro-batches from 100% natural and wildcrafted ingredients so from time to time the color, consistency and scent may very. You may, on occasion, find a tiny bit of plant matter. This is entirely safe and instead we like to think this adds a little bit of magic to our batches.
We encourage all to try the trial sizes first to ensure skin affinity and patch test all products prior to use.
